Florice Hoffman represents plaintiffs in class action lawsuits and group or collective actions against employers for violations of employee rights under the California Labor Code. The law firm has represented workers in both the Union and non-union against employers for non-payment of overtime, failure to provide meal and rest periods, misclassification of employees as “independent contractors,” and other employer violations of worker rights under the Private Attorney General Act (PAGA). In addition, we have successfully represented our union clients as employers before the Labor Commissioner.
