Florice Hoffman has been an officer of the California Democratic Party and the Democratic Party of Orange County for many years. Florice Hoffman has extensive knowledge of the endorsement procedures for both local non-partisan offices and legislative offices. She has successfully assisted clients in navigating the confusing endorsement procedures for both ballot initiatives and candidates running for elected office. Her expertise and contacts have helped her union clients sponsor legislation including the recent addition of the Orange County Transportation Authority under PERB jurisdiction.
